Understand cancellation policy, dress code, payment and what to expect before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Both of our time is valuable and goes without saying that this is my livelihood. I kindly remind my clients that a minimum 24-hour notice (or longer is preferred) is required for cancellations. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in the inability to rebook the appointment for the future.

No Show/No Calls will definitely result in not being able to rebook.

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to my cancellation policy.

Attire for Thai Massage

To ensure a relaxing and enjoyable experience during your Thai massage, it is best to wear loose, comfortable clothing or non-slippery leggings. This will allow for ease of movement and comfort. Thai Massage is generally done on a floor mat but I can adapt it to a massage table.

Before Your Session

It is recommended to consume a light meal or snack 1-2 hours before your appointment. Eating a small amount of food before your session can help to prevent light headedness or dizziness during the treatment.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, especially if it's your first session. This will ensure enough time to find street parking, use the restroom, fill out an intake form, and have a verbal check-in prior to your session. If you arrive late, it will cut into your treatment time, and I may not be able to go over time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

How to Book & Payment
After Your Session

After the session, it is important to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water in order to maximize the benefits and release toxins from the body. It is also recommended to get enough rest and taking a warm Epsom salt bath can relax the muscles. Waiting 30 minutes to an hour before eating can help the body to recover properly. Going for a walk to continue circulation and stretching to ease muscle tension are also beneficial steps to take after the session.

Sessions are conducted at my home, where I have two adorable cats. However, for those who may have cat allergies, this may not be a suitable location for you. Your well-being is my top priority, and I want to make sure that you feel at ease throughout our sessions. If you have any concerns or specific needs, please don't hesitate to communicate them to me.
